An advanced sustainable commercial building ‘Tian Fang’ has been designed by the International Architect Kevin Kennon, for Eco-City, Tianjin, China. This mixed-use commercial building designed for area of 90,000 square meter, is a joint development between China and Singapore. It is a 200 meter tall office tower and luxury shopping center utilizing advanced Biophilic design technologies and strategies to reconnect people with nature. The principal strategy behind its advanced Biophilic design is to utilize natural convection to heat and cool the building with filtered fresh air.
