                  Global Ecology Corporation, core competent of three technologies, i.e Water Purification with its Ionized Mineral Solution IMS1000™ , Mobile PureWater System™ "WPWS", Bio-Remediation by using proprietary mixture of several organic components; executed a Letter of Intent for development of a thermal solar energy project in India .

                 Global Ecology Corporation, an environmental remediation company with its corporate office at New Jersey, has executed a Letter of Intent with Esoft Informatics, Pvt. Ltd., of Noida, India for development of a thermal solar energy project in India. Global Ecology Corporation has its three core technologies for the treatment of contaminated water and soil. These are;

                Water Purification uses its Health Canada, NSF and EU certified and approved Ionized Mineral Solution IMS1000™. It is used for numerous applications including, treating reservoirs, lakes and other large bodies of water. The chemical not only safely cleans the water, but provides the added benefit of keeping water infrastructure delivery systems free of harmful bacteria and biofouling organisms. IMS 1000™ is produced for GEC by Canadian company EnvirEau Technologies.

                Mobile PureWater System™ "WPWS" is a flexible and mobile water purification system for use in areas where safe and clean drinking water is scarce, contaminated or affected by natural disasters. It is the most cost effective, transportable; high-volume purified water production system. This system can meet the daily cooking, sanitation and drinking water consummation needs of up to 5,000 people with a single machine.

                Bio-Remediation accomplished by using GEC’s joint venture’s approved, proprietary mixture of several organic components. This formula breaks down and eliminates contaminates yielding a naturally fertilized high grade soil amendment.

                  These technically advanced remediation solutions are helpful to treat the widest range of organic contaminants by accelerating natural attenuation in water and soil.

                  Such innovative environmental remediation company ‘Global Ecology Corporation’ will form a U.S. subsidiary, GEC Energy Corporation, to be jointly owned by Esoft Informatics and Global Ecology, under the terms of the agreement for developing thermal solar energy project in India. As Esoft Informatics currently has a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the building of a 6 megawatt solar power plant. Under the joint efforts, Esoft Informatics will assign the MOU to GEC Energy Corp. and provide the necessary financing. The Esoft Informatics and its affiliate, Rubious Industries, have received working capital lending terms from a prime bank for a credit facility in the amount of $2.5 million, to launch this project. GEC Energy Corporation will be assigned the rights to a $25 million Standby Letter of Credit from a AAA rated U.S. trust, on completion of definitive documents. This will assist GEC Energy Corp. to secure funding for the purpose of developing its first thermal solar energy project in India.

               India will be getting the beneficiaries of innovative technology of GEC Energy Corp. as it also will market Global Ecology's environmental restoration technology throughout India. In addition, the economical benefit for Indian entrepreneur by this agreement is that the chairman of Esoft Informatics will get an option to purchase 5 million shares of Global Ecology common stock at $0.50 per share.
